We have a vibrant, young and dynamic team at HBC who love to have a great time as they work together.

Kyle, the owner, has created a fantastic,welcoming retro space for customers and the staff to enjoy and have great  for coffee.

Sheryl prepares the beautiful breakfast, lunch and baking specialties. She is passionate about food and wants to offer great quality to our customers.

The FOH team are passionate about their coffee and make sure they make every cup with love.

PiPi  is our newest member of staff and is in charge of K9 behaviour and is one of our senior PR and Welcome ambassador’s

We are currently looking for full time and casual positions for

  • Barista                          (Immediate start Winter Season)
  • FOH All Rounder                                        (Winter Season)

Barista

We’re looking for a senior/intermediate Barista  to join our team for the winter season. You will have at least 2 years experience making quality coffee and be a great all rounder. This is an immediate start for the right team member.

FOH Cafe Assistant

We’re looking for a front of house cafe assistants  (Winter Season)  to join our team for the winter season. You will have  experience in hospitality/customer service roles and be proficient in Coffee ,be friendly  and outgoing and a fast learner.

Senior | Intermediate Baker…. not currently available

We’re looking for a senior | intermediate baker to join our team. You will have at least 2 years experience in baking. This is an November 2018  start for the right team member for the summer season completing March/April 2019.This role is pivotal in support of the senior chef and must be a self starter with excellent time/baking management.

Senior Grill Chef –   not currently available

Our senior Grill chef is the engine of the kitchen and so experience in a fast paced very busy kitchen is a must. You will be supported by a small yet amazing kitchen crew to produce high volume beautiful quality meals so excellent communication skills are paramount.
